The procedure for submission of appeals, complaints, claims by consumers, reporting on the threat to electrical safety and their consideration If there is a controversial issue between the parties to the relevant agreement, the parties should take all measures that are used to resolve the disputed issue by initiating a negotiation between the parties on the controversial issue, to propose possible ways to resolve it. During the negotiations, the parties should jointly determine the most appropriate solution for the settlement of the dispute.

In the event of failure to reach agreement between the Supplier and the Consumer through negotiation, the Parties have the right to apply for dispute settlement to the Regulator or its territorial subdivision and/or to submit the dispute to the commercial courts of Ukraine. Settlement of disputes by the Regulator or its territorial subdivision shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Regulator.
